Reports & Activities in 2023/2024 🐾

1. Support for shelters and sanctuaries

• Intensive cooperation with, among others: Sanctuary Kimy Podenco Paradise, Dierensteunpunt La Vida, Stichting Cheyenne’s Dream, Timataki VZW, Stichting Idemo, Stichting Woozy, Sadie’s Dog Rescue, Shelter Sicily, and Storgi Animal Welfare Skydra.

• Provision of financial support to improve living conditions, health, and the wellbeing of dogs.

2. Care for dogs in need

• Contributions made to medical treatments, vaccinations, and medication.

• Senior and fearful dogs welcomed into Kimy Podenco Paradise, where they found a loving forever home.

3. Visibility and awareness

• Dogs in shelters given visibility through social media and the new website.

• Start made with building an online community around donors and adopters.

4. Adoption and guidance

• Supported adoption processes through the establishment of an adoption organization; screening of adopters, providing advice, and aftercare.

• Guided adopters with knowledge and experience about foreign rescue dogs.

5. Organization and development of the foundation

• Official founding date: March 17, 2023.

• Obtained ANBI status.

• Development of the policy plan 2023–2025.

• Launch of fundraising with an initial group of donors.

Results and impact

• Dogs from Spain, Greece, and even Bosnia and Croatia received direct support or a new life in freedom.

• Improved conditions in multiple shelters through donations and cooperation.

• First donors and sponsors connected to the foundation.

• A strong foundation established for further growth in 2025.

Outlook 2025
In 2025 we aim to focus on:

• increasing the number of regular donors,

• expanding the visibility of dogs through social media and campaigns,

• strengthening existing partnerships with shelters,

• exploring opportunities for expanding sanctuaries.
